Refund and Returns Policy for Gonovas Ltd

Thank you for shopping with Gonovas Ltd. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining a refund.

1. Returns

Our policy allows returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and Unopened: Due to the nature of cosmetics, returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused for hygiene reasons.
  • In Original Condition: Products should be undamaged and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Products with obvious signs of use

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged packaging, or returned beyond the 30-day return period).

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we are happy to replace it. Please reach out to support@gonovas.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.

4. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned items unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
